Do you come out after hours?
Yes. We take emergency calls at night, on weekends and on public holidays. Ring 0403 726 296 and tell us what's happening.
What does an after-hours call-out cost?
It depends on the job. Ring and ask, and we'll tell you what to expect before we come out.
What should I do while I wait?
If water's leaking, turn it off at the main. It's usually at the water meter near your front boundary. Keep water away from power points, and if it's safe, switch off power to the wet area at the switchboard. Move anything valuable out of the way.
